All you need to know

How long is a walking trip?

Our walking trips usually last between two to three hours, and cover around 4km. You may enjoy a walking trip at any time of the day, but we suggest a morning walk due to the afternoon heat.

Are we protected?

Anabezi has gone to great lengths to make sure you’re looked after. With trained guides to lead the trip, and a Zambia Wildlife Authority armed escort, your safety is top of mind.

How well do our guides know the area?

Having grown up along the Zambezi River, our guides truly call the area, home. With a vast knowledge of the wildlife, birdlife and plant life, you’ll not only learn about the plains of the Lower Zambezi National Park now, but in past years too.
